Carolina bid farewell to Vivid

The Carolina Royal Ravens have announced the departure of Reece "Vivid" Drost from the franchise in a surprise move.

After attempting to sign Kenneth "Kenny" Williams from OpTic Texas, the deal fell through in the final stages and resulted in Kenny signing with the Minnesota Rokkr. The move would've resulted in Vivid being removed from the roster, but with the transaction not coming to fruition, they stuck together going into Stage III.

The timing of the move is the major concern. The team has played four of their five qualifier matches already, sitting at a 2-2 record. Those results include wins over M8s & Minnesota, but also a reverse sweep loss to Vancouver & a 1-3 loss to FaZe. That means that there is just one more qualifier match & only max 7 days of practice before the start of Major III in Florida.
